The following categories of listings are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

- Properties with legal disputes (unless properly disclosed)
Fraudulent Listings
- Non-existent properties
- Properties you don't have authority to list
- Duplicate or spam listings
- Misleading price or description
Restricted Properties
- Government or public land (unless authorized)
- Properties in prohibited zones
- Properties subject to court orders
- Heritage properties without proper permissions
Discriminatory Listings
- Listings that discriminate based on religion, caste, gender, etc.
- Violations of fair housing laws
Other Prohibited Content
- Offensive or inappropriate images
- Listings promoting illegal activities
- Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing
Examples of Acceptable Use
- Creating accurate property listings
- Networking with verified professionals
- Sharing industry insights and news
- Using tools for legitimate business purposes
- Participating constructively in forums and groups
Examples of Unacceptable Use
- Posting fake listings to gather leads
- Spamming other users with unsolicited messages
- Creating multiple fake accounts
- Scraping data from the Platform
- Harassing or threatening other users
- Posting confidential information without permission
- Using the Platform to conduct illegal transactions
